Ingredients
- 2 tbsps red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard dissolved in 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
- Mix all of the above ingredients, then add
- 2 tbsps bottled chili sauce
- 2 tbsps finely chopped watercress
- 2 tbsps chopped crisp-cooked bacon (about 3 slices)
- Wisk together and allow to stand for a few minutes.
